The Bloody Mary is mostly known as a brunch cocktail. But is it OK to drink at night? Let me put it this way, if bacon tastes good at night why wouldn’t a Bloody Mary? We’re sure not gonna turn down a nice bit of Brinner (breakfast for dinner)!

What Vodka Should You Use?
We think that the best vodka to make a Bloody Mary is the original Absolut Vodka, but we might be biased. Did you know that we have a vodka designed specifically for making Bloody Marys? It’s our first ever flavored vodka, Absolut Peppar! The idea was to make a pepper flavored vodka, so busy bartenders wouldn’t have to waste time grinding pepper themselves!
Bloody Marys are Great Party Drinks
This is a great drink to make the night before. Just make a big batch following the recipe using parts, store it in the fridge, and add some freshly chopped celery sticks or other preferred garnishes right before serving! You could also use a Bloody Mary Mix, but it's the same.
Another fun way to serve them is to let guests make them on their own, just put out the ingredients and print out the recipe. This way your guests can use things like lime juice, hot sauce, black pepper, salt and lemon wedges to make the drink just right for themselves.
Last of all, the fun part! While most people would serve their Bloody Marys with the classic lemon wedge and celery stalks, others have started getting more creative with their garnishes putting bacon, oysters, green olives, pickles, lime wedges, horseradish and even fried chicken or entire pancakes into their Bloody Marys! When planning the garnish station creativity is the limit!
How Do You Make the Best Bloody Mary?
Even though we’d say that this is the best bloody mary recipe, there’s actually no such thing as a perfect Bloody Mary! This drink completely relies on your sense of taste, so make it how you like it! While we highly recommend you to experiment, you’re gonna need a jumping-off point, and that’s where this recipe comes in. Just don’t forget to add Vodka, - Rico Dyan
