Sorry, but maybe you have a another kind of drink, because Pisco Sour evere have a white part of egg and don't blend with another licor like rum. And maybe you learn about the story, it's very intersting. Chile don't produce Pisco, only an aguardiente who bland with wather for a different kind of versions.;)
This drink is definitively of Peru. Only Peru produces the type of acid lemon that this prescription needs. The brandy that in Chile calls "Chilean pisco" does not have the same quality that the Pisco.
