PARISIAN SPRING PUNCH

3 Parts Calvados
1 Part Dry Vermouth
1 Part Lemon Juice
1 Splash Simple Syrup
Champagne
Apple

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add calvados, dry vermouth, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into a chilled wine glass filled with crushed ice. Top up with champagne. Garnish with 1 slice apple.
