5 Parts Strawberry Puree
2 Parts Strawberry Liqueur
Balsamico Vinegar
Lemon Juice
Champagne
Mint Leaf

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add balsamico vinegar, lemon juice, plymouth gin, strawberry puree and strawberry liqueur. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with champagne. Garnish with 4 leaf mint leaf.
