2 parts Lime Juice
4 parts Mango Puree
2 parts Mango Rum
2 parts Sugar, Superfine

Fill a rocks glass to the rim with ice cubes. Pour lime juice, mango puree, mango rum and sugar, superfine into a mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with dry ice cubes and stir. Strain the drink into the rocks glass.

This drink sounds great but there's a little misspell on the name, it should spell like this " Mangocaipirinha", if it's supposed to be a mango version of the popular Brazilian drink " Caipirinha"... I'll give this recipe a try... Also, if anyone likes passion fruit, it's a great option to use passion fruit instead of lime juice and mango... Words of a native Brazilan! ; )
